DHEA works for me!!!

I have had a very positive experience with DHEA. Everything the other reviewers say here is true. It has picked up my libido marvelously and it certainly has improved my depression better than anything I have ever done for it. I never thought I would get over that but I feel so much better on this hormone in every way. Also I am dieting and and doing an intense exercise regime along with the DHEA. It has made quite a difference with that too. I am taking off between 1-2 pounds a week usually, which is a safe amount of weight to loose. Finally it sure helped with the chocolate cravings. I don't crave that like I used to. I also take 25 Grams (0.88 Oz) Tribulus Terrestris 90% Bulk Powder (Strongest Tribulus on the market) which also helps is probably worth mentioning as well. I don't see myself stopping taking either of these supplements anytime soon. Overall a great experience so far!

helps for people w/ adrenal fatigue

If you suffer with adrenal fatigue, DHEA is a good supplement to take. These are small pills, and can easily be swallowed. I noticed an increase in my day-to-day energy levels. I also take tribulus terrestrius, panax ginseng, bacopa, a multivitamin, fish oil, and magnesium for my condition and I have never had under better control than I do right now.

A follow up:A few days after I wrote this review I stopped taking DHEA.I became easily annoyed, aggravated, enraged over things I normally would not.I became overly aggressive when making a point, again, not my norm.I did see gains both in fat burning, aggressiveness in my workouts, and initially libido (although the latter changed and went back to normal after the first few weeks), but my normal "nice guy" posture was gone and I didnt like myself very much.Take with caution, and I would take a much lower dose than 2x25mg per day.Hello,I reserved my review for a month in of taking DHEA because I know that it has a somewhat delayed effect of 4-6 weeks.I have noticed a more aggressive approach to my workouts and a definite increase in libido after about the 3rd week.I've also been training very hard and have made some pretty drastic changes in my diet...eating very little meat, counting calories, and eating no junk.I'm 48 and in combo with a strenuous workout regime I feel younger. Again, this is most likely a cumulative effect of the aforementioned lifestyle changes.I lifted weights all through my 20's and am very familiar with a good muscle pump and I'm definitely getting better ones now than when I wasn't taking DHEA, they seem to last quite a bit longer as well.I also have noticed another phenomena, I am seeing better! I wear my glasses far less now than I did a month ago. Again, this is most likely a combo effect of all of the changes I've made, especially diet.I'm MUCH more alert, need less sleep, my focus is off the charts, and my mood is very good.One note of a con nature, I noticed that whatever emotion you are feeling it seems to be a bit amplified. I'm a little quicker to anger and my frustration filter seems a bit weak. But knowing this from a former reviewer I somewhat expected this to happen and am prepared. Its not like you'll kick the cat and fight with your wife, but I find myself muttering under my breath a bit more.To the reviewer that saw no effects after just one week...take 50mg per day for 4-6 weeks...and what is your age? Its almost guaranteed that at 48 my DHEA levels are on their way down, but if you are 40 and younger your levels may be fine and thus you will see no effect. Get your DHEA levels tested before you start taking the supplement and see if there would be a benefit.Try it...can't guarantee anything, but 1 week is certainly not enough time to get your DHEA levels up taking this supplement.Good luck!
