Not for large tablets

Maybe it is me, but I couldn't cut one large tablet without crushing it or make it cut perfectly in half. I have been cutting tablets for years, and the best one that works is the Ezy Dose Tablet Cutter, and it has to be the one that has that imprinted on the bottom half of the clear top.

I paid Amazon $10 for this pill cutter. It will spit neither caplets or tablets in half. You get about a 60-60 split with much wasted dust. At the cost of meds today any waste is bad. I threw it in the garbage.
